Emerging lash artists can take a deep dive into classic lashing and theory with this introductory class. Participate in hands on experience so that you can leave with confidence as you start your lash career.
Students must be a licensed cosmetologist, licensed esthetician, or currently enrolled in an accredited cosmetology or esthetics program.
Volume Training
Jump into the world of Volume Lashes to create a more customized, elevated experience for you clients. This small class environment gives you hands on practice with constructive criticism that will leave you feeling confident to start offering Volume to your clients.
This class is designed for licensed lash artists, cosmetologists, and estheticians who already have experience with classic lash extensions and are ready to take their skills to the next level.

Before class, we'll discuss where you're feeling challenged and create a personalized plan focused on the skills you want to improve most. Whether you work with classic lashes, volume lashes, or both, this training is designed to meet you where you are and help you grow.

Lash Artist Shadowing Experience
Our Shadowing Experience offers aspiring and experienced lash artists the opportunity to observe real client appointments and gain valuable insight into the day-to-day workflow of a working lash artist.
During your shadowing session, you'll observe consultations, lash application techniques, client communication, appointment flow, and the small details that contribute to an exceptional client experience. This is a unique opportunity to learn firsthand by watching a professional in a real-world setting.
Whether you're considering a career in lashes, currently enrolled in a training program, or an experienced artist looking for a fresh perspective, shadowing provides valuable real-world education that goes beyond the classroom.

Our One-on-One Mentoring Sessions are designed for lash artists who want dedicated support, honest feedback, and a customized plan for growth.
Whether you're looking to improve your technique, troubleshoot retention issues, gain confidence behind the chair, grow your clientele, or navigate the next steps in your business, these sessions are completely customized to your needs. Together, we'll focus on the areas that will have the biggest impact on your success.
Mentoring sessions can range from 1–5 hours and may include hands-on training, model work, business coaching, or a combination of all three.
Whether you're a new artist looking for direction or an experienced lash artist ready to reach the next level, these sessions provide personalized support and actionable feedback to help you move forward with confidence.
Sessions can be held in person or virtually via Zoom.
