Your hair should be about the length of a grain of rice (1/4 inch). If it's too short, the wax/sugar won't be able to grip it effectively. If it's too long, it may be more uncomfortable.

Here are a few things you can do to prepare:
Exfoliate: Gently exfoliate the area 24-48 hours before your appointment.
Clean Skin: Come to your appointment with clean skin, free of lotions, deodorants, or oils.
Avoid Sun: Avoid sun exposure for 48 hours before and after your treatment.
Pain Relief: You can take an over-the-counter pain reliever like ibuprofen an hour before your appointment if you're concerned about discomfort.

To minimize irritation, avoid the following for 24-48 hours after your treatment:
Hot showers or baths
Saunas or steam rooms
Sun exposure
Tight clothing
Excessive sweating
Perfumed lotions or products

Most people need to get waxed or sugared every 3-6 weeks, depending on their individual hair growth cycle.

Both methods remove hair from the root, but they use different materials. Waxing uses a resin-based wax, while sugaring uses a paste made from sugar, lemon, and water. Sugaring is often considered gentler on the skin and less painful.

You natural lose 2-5 natural lashes per eye per day. A full set of lash extensions will last 2-6 weeks depending on your individual care of the lashes. Fills are recommended every 2-3 weeks, no longer than 3.5 weeks.

Yes you can do any of these things with lash extensions! Make sure to wash lash daily. Washing lashes after exercise is recommended to wash off excess sweat and dead skin cells.

Lashes are not damaging if you go to an experienced, licensed, and certified lash tech that focus on lash health. It is natural for you to lose 2-5 lashes per eye per day, it is normal to see a lash extension attract to a natural lash fall out.

You lose 2-5 natural lashes per eye per day. Your natural lashes grow out like your hair on a 3-4 month cycle, to maintain healthy lashes we remove the outgrown lashes and apply fresh lashes to your natural lashes.
Every 3-4 months you might notice a heavier shedding cycle due to the natural turn over of your lashes.
Fills are recommended every 2-3 weeks. Fills are not considered after 3.5 weeks, a full set is required after that time.

You can wear your regular makeup! Make sure to double cleanse your lashes when applying eye makeup. Once to clean off makeup and once to clean your lashes. Avoid using mascara on your lash extensions. The density and fullness our lash artists provide for you, mascara is not needed. You are able to use mascara on your bottom lashes, make sure to wash off your mascara daily.

Your lash artist will help choose a style and set consulting with you to determine what will work for you eyes and lifestyle.
You will lay on a comfortable heated bed and relax with music playing.
We will apply lash extensions to your top lash and your bottom lashes are secured with tape and eyepads.
You’re welcome to bring headphones to listen to podcasts/music or we have music playing in the studio.

We recommend your remove your lashes professionally.
Allowing your extensions to fall out or grow out after the point of needing a fill can case damage to your lashes because that extra weight as the lashes grow out can pull and weigh your natural lashes down and cause premature shedding.
It takes 30 minutes to remove lashes. We apply a remover to your lashes to break down the glue. This allows us to remove your without damaging your natural lashes.
